Rowan Fairy

Hi Everyone,

I have a gorgeous image to share with you today by Sylvia Vet of Whimsy Stamps, she is called Rowan Fairy and is so so beautiful.  I love Sylvia's images. She is due into stock on Monday at BunnyZoe, so if you want to ensure you get one, pop on over here to pre-order.  She sold out as quick as she came in last time so this is a re-stocks that Nikki is expecting in, so if you want to ensure you get to colour her up for Christmas, pre-order is the way to go.

The papers are by MME called Vintage Christmas 6x6.  The star banner is a die by Whiff of Joy called
Stars Festoon.

Flatback pearls have been added to the centres of the snowflakes.

The green gingham ribbon is wired and will do what it's told, lol.  The large red flower is a Ruffle Rose and the text is  Christmas Sentiments by Kaisercraft.

It isn't showing up well in the photo but her wings have a coating of Diamond Stickles

The lampost is a magnolia doohickey die called Paris Night Dies.

Tripping Tilda

 Morning Everyone,

It's Challenge time again at BunnyZoe, can't believe we are already in October.  The challenge theme for this month is "Ribbons".  Don't forget to hop over to the challenge blog to check out my fab teamies creations and also the two new guest designers, Becky and Kathy.

My card is made up of lots of yummy things, full list with links at the bottom of the post.  The gingham ribbon is wired so I really like that you can manipulate it to how you want it to be.  I added a pearl brad and a pair of gloves charm.

The image I am sure you will all recognise as a Magnolia image called Tripping Tilda.  She is coloured with distress markers.  The papers are by MME called Vintage Christmas, they are gorgeous.

The star banner is cut from a Whiff of Joy Die, called Star Festoon.

The flowers are Red Ruffle Rose and Kaisercraft Sage Blossoms.  The holly leaves were cut from a Tim Holtz die and I added some snow tex.

Ingredients:-
Ruffle Red Roses and Kaisercraft Sage Blossoms
Kaisercraft Christmas Sentiments

Surprise

Hi Everyone,

How's the shopping going? I'm all done, going to spend a couple of evenings wrapping and then I am going to have a massive sort out in my craft room and switch rooms with my son at the same time. Yikes.  I think if I moved house the worst room to pack up and move would be my craft room, lol. I also need to do some catching up with you all, so I'll be visiting your blogs real soon.

I have two cards to show you today.  For the first one I have used a Penny Johnson image called Surprise and it's currently on sale in the store with a whopping 40% off!  I think this stamp can be used for birthdays as well as Christmas and I really enjoyed colouring it with my copics.

Snowtex
Tim Holtz Holly and Branch Die
Velvet ribbon from my recent win at the Ribbon Girl

My second is a very different style of Christmas Card for me today.  I have a friend who really is a clean and simple girl, it's not my style and I find it really hard to do, but I have given it a go as I wanted my friend to have something she would like.

The image is riding through the night by Whiff of Joy and is also on sale right now at BunnyZoe, links below.

Campfire Fun

Hi Everyone,

Before I get onto my card today, I have a new blogger to introduce you to.  I have got to know Kath since she purchased some Envelope Boxes from me and I seemed to have persuaded her to start her own blog.  If you can remember back to talking to yourself when you did your first post, it's a strange feeling starting off, so if you have some time to spare can you hop on over and welcome Kath to blogland.

My card today is my BunnyZoe DT card to show you using this Whiff of Joy cheeky chappie and this image is called Campfire Fun and its on SALE at BunnyZoe!  Right now I'd love to be sitting round that fire as I am feeling a little chilly.

Here's a close up.

I had difficulty getting a decent photograph.  I think the top one shows the colouration of the image better but the bottom one shows the shape of the card better.

Ingredients:-
Image Whiff of Joy Campfire Fun on SALE right now
Papers by Prima Madeline
Martha Stewart Frond Punch (Nikki can order in for you)

Santa Lucia & Challenge Time at BunnyZoe

Hi Peeps,

Hope your all well and not too shopped out! It's that time again at BunnyZoe to challenge you and Dorcas has set December's challenge which is "Fancy Fold/Shaped Card".  So I created an Easel card, I just forgot to photograph a side view, doh.

The image is Whiff of Joy Santa Lucia plus 1 sentiment, all papers are by Magnolia which are all discounted at the moment at BunnyZoe as well as the stamps, so don't forget to grab yourself a bargain whilst stock lasts.

It's not the best photograph so I do apologise.  You have until the 2nd Monday in January to participate so hopefully we'll be seeing lots of new stamps.

Other Ingredients:-
Martha Stewart Branch Punch (just email Nikki if you would like one)
Resin Roses
Doily
Tim Holtz vintage distress ink
Sentiment is Lili of the Valley

Which Direction

Hiya Peeps,

Hope you all had a fab weekend.  We went to my best mates for a BBQ on Saturday night to celebrate her return from Spain.  I did miss her so I am especially pleased that's she's back, yayyyy.  Mind you it's her fault I now have a puppy, who is taking up too much of my crafting time, but he is gorgeous, well when he's not biting my fingers or my toes that is.....

Anyway, my card today is my first DT card for Bunny Zoe, so I hope you like it. I have chosen to colour on kraft using my prisma pencils.  I stamped out the image also onto some map paper and cut out just the map section, so he looks like he's really holding a map.

I have also coloured the wooden flowers with my prismas, they really hold the colour.

Ingredients:-
Whiff of Joy image Which Direction
Lasercut Chipboard Fine Swirl by Make It Crafty
Tim Holtz Film Strip and Vintage Photo distress ink
Martha Stewart Butterfly
Liquid Pearls
Lace and Doily from stash
Sentiment by LOTV

Click on all the links to take you direct to take you shopping.  Have fun!

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:-

Mr & Mrs

Morning Peeps,

Yayyyy it's finally Friday.  I don't know what it is about the bank holiday weekend's but even though we didn't go back to work until Tuesday it's still been a long week.  Anyway's work's been boring, well maybe not boring but extremely busy, still shouldn't complain I do actually love my job, but then again if I were to win the lottery, I think I'd be off like a shot!

Well today it's my turn to post on the Crafts and Me Blog and if you haven't visited lately you should hop on over, there is so much inspiration from the team and if you like your digi's the new releases are being showcased and are absolutely gorgeous, but don't take my word for it go and have a peek.

Right, lost where I was there waffling away.  I have used the Whiff of Joy Oakley as Groom and Willow as Bride available from Crafts and Me.

I have coloured them using my copic pens and prisma pencils and added some star dust stickles to the veil. Don't know if you can tell but it was extremely sunny when I took this picture.

My sewing machine decided to do it's own thing at the top, typical, but I have worked out why.  There were lots of layers and the stitching I kind of decided to do as a last minute thing and I had glued, yep glued the edges on before deciding to stitch.  So I think my machine didn't like glue, don't blame it and because it was strips it was hit and miss as to whether the needle went through all the layers or not.  Anyway that's what I get for deciding afterwards!

Ahhhh, aren't they gorgeous.

Ingredients:-

Oakley and Willow Bride and Groom available from Crafts and Me HERE
Paper by Bearly Mine Designs
Gorgeous Filagree Border is Lasercut Chipboard which I have painted with white acrylic paint is available from Make It Crafty HERE

All in Blue

Evening Peeps,

Hope everyone in the UK is enjoying the extended weekend. I have had a long lay in this morning and Hubby made me breakfast in bed, lol, don't get too excited it was only toast. Nevertheless, I did appreciate it. I have also chilled whilst the boys went out to football and watched "Leap Year", gotta watch those sort of films without the boys around, they just don't appreciate girlie films.

I made this card using my neglected whiff of joy stamp, available from Crafts and Me and using one of my favourite colours, blues.

Posted by Picasa

I have coloured her of course using copics and distressed around the outer images using Tim Holtz Distress InkOld Paper.

Last DT Card for Cooking It Up With Katie

Morning Peeps,

1st post of the day and some sad news.  I have decided this is my last design team card for Cooking It Up With Katie.  I have enjoyed my time on the design team but if I am honest I am struggling to keep up with design team cards and my life, so I have decided to step down so this is my last card.  Of course Katie and the team will still be seeing me in blogland.........

Today's recipe is to alter an embellishment, add some sparkle and use a die cut.

I used the Tim Holtz Die to cut the flowers and then layered them up and  sprayed them with water and scrunched them up.  I then added some distress ink and lots of glitter, so I think you could say I altered it.  I have also used the Martha Steward Frond punch for the leaves and die cut the scalloped oval using my nesties.  The image has been coloured using copics and the sentiment is craftwork cards.

I have entered this card into the following challenges:-

Creatalicious - Sketch plus sewing (handstitched crosses on the left hand side)
Everybody Art - Green/Pink
Crazy4Challenges - Flowers
Stampin for the weekend - Summer
Totally Gorjuss - Sugar & Spice
Bunny Zoe - Nice & Girly

Here Come's Summer

Yayyyyyyyyyyyy It's Friday,

Thanks goodness! I have had lists of things to get done all week and I haven't been to bed before midnight this week and up at 6:30 and I'm still behind with everything. Hopefully I will complete all my tasks this weekend!

Today's card is using the images Rose Swing and Sitting Summer Willow by Whiff of Joy which are available from Crafts and Me. Please make sure you read the note on the website, these are available, and if you need any help Teresa is more than helpful, so please don't be afraid to ask.

I have coloured her with copics, isn't she adorable and isn't that swing awesome! I edged all my papers with olive green and broken china distress inks.

I have added sakura clear jel pen to the flowers are the swing which makes them really sparkly, but just can't be seen very well in ther above picture.

Here's a peek of the inside of the card.

I have entered this card into the following challenges:-

ABC Challenge - W for Weather
Crafty Creations - Child's Play
Diva Coffee Break - Gable Green, Bashful Blue, Pixie Pink

Willow with Champagne

Morning Peeps,

Just a quick post as I am totally shattered. As well as working full time I have been trying to get 5 design team cards done as I usually do this over the weekend, at a push, but this weekend I have a netball tournament and I really must get a pile of stuff that I sorted out to go on Ebay actually listed rather than sat in the corner. So I have been working my little socks of, and unfortunately I'm not a quick crafter as I can't help but put detail on my projects.

Today's card is Willow with Champagne, available from Crafts and Me. Remember to read the note on the Whiff of Joy stamps on the site.

She is coloured with copics.  I have cut out a circle and used a martha stewart corner punch to create the lacy doilie effect.  The Happy Birthday sentiment is computer generated and all the flowers are a mixture of wild orchid crafts and stash.

I have entered this into the following challenges:-

Whiff of Joy, Brown, yellow + one other colour
Everybody Art - Sketch
Totally Gorjuss - Round and Round
All Sorts - Birthday
Trimmies Craft - Birthdays or Celebration

Stampavie - Flower Power
Papertake Weekly - Flowers

Shopping Willow

Morning Peeps,

I know I start off every week by saying how great it is that it's Friday, but believe me I really am so glad it's Friday this week. Not been a good week in my house. One of my Daughter's best mates is on life support with suspected meningitis and we have all been very upset and praying for a miracle. I also have the builders in knocking down a wall in my bathroom, replacing the ceiling and re-tiling and decorating. It will be nice when it's finished, but all in all were in a mess and I can't say I am in the mood for crafting. Nevertheless, I have forced myself to produce the following card:-

I have used Whiff Of Joy Shopping Willow availabe right HERE from Crafts and Me. Although it states Out of Stock on the site there is a note to say to contact Teresa as the WOJ stamps cannot be sold online but they ARE in stock. Just email Teresa. I stamped the bags out a few times on different papers and cut them out to give them a little dimension. Willow has been coloured with copics. The papers are a bit of a mix between Basic Grey and My Minds Eye. I have used a Martha Stewart border punch and the doilie, ribbon and flowers are all from my depleting stash.

I have entered this card into the following challenges:-

The Pixie Cottage - Fab Sketch
Crafty Angels - One for the Girls
Totally Gorjuss - Pink and Green
City Crafter - Pink
Stampavie - Pink
