LOVE

Morning Everyone,

I have a magnolia card for you today and I have used Tilda'a Dressing Table and Tilda with Spring Heart, sooo cute.  I have coloured with distress markers.  The papers are by My Minds Eye and called Cupids Arrow No. 14

I have used my favourite magnolia doohickey So Wrapped  Lovely and added some kaisercraft black lace and a heart charm.  You will also see the new Marianne Design LOVE die, would look fab with a sitting image on too.  This is due into BunnyZoe any day now, so keep your eye out.  The pink roses and the pearl sprays are also by Marianne Design. I have also added two 8mm black flat backed pearls.

Here's a close up of the new Marianne Design LOVE die.  I distress the edges with a sand block and added a little gesso.

I have tried to photograph a close up of the flowers so you can see the heart pins, one in clear and one in red, both available HERE.

The edging die and the leaf die are both by Noor Design.

The One and Only

Morning Everyone,

Where did the weekend go?  We've been looking for some furniture and it seems to have consumed my weekend and I'm now a little behind my crafting schedule, good job Hubby is on nights this week, I can get caught up again, although the first job is to finish what is on my craft table and then I need to tidy up big time, I seem to have created rather a mess :)

The theme for this week for us LLC Girls is "Pins and Pearls".  Have you seen all the gorgeous vintage pearl pins Sandy has got in the store, believe me they are gorgeous, I have used two types on my card, crown spheres and crown teardrop.  I have used a LOTV image and coloured with Distress Markers.  I have added 3mm pearl string around the image and it is layered onto a Noor Design Oval frame, aren't they cute.

I have used MayaDesign Vintage Basics II, a firm favourite of mine and also Pion's Flower Frames Rosa.  The 6x6 frame pages are perfect for the inside of cards.

I have used  Lace, J'Adore and the gorgeous pink Moulin Rouge and finsihed off with the shabby pearl rose organza trim. 

I have also used a metal ornament 2 and added a pearl to the centre.

The resin has been out again, lol, love that too.  Top corner is  Melissa Frances Scroll Applique and on the flower arrangement I have used a Melissa Frances Dorchester keyhole.

The butterfly is cut from the MayaDesign  Studio of Memories cut out sheet and I have added a pen nib to the centre.  Just down from this you can see the Love Heart paperclip by MayaRoad.  I have added white gesso around the edges of the papers and dabbed here and there on the embellishments.

Time Flies

Hello, hello, hello,

Apt title for my card today, time flies.  Yep, I'm late, been chilling lying in bed drinking coffee and chatting and before I knew it half the day has gone, so goodness time flies.  So I'm a little late posting but here's my GDT for The Ribbon Girl challenge which is Anything Goes, yayyyy, a firm favourite of mine.

I have used Little Darlings Saturated Canary image Honey and coloured with distress inks.

I have used string pearls, kort and godt rolled flowers, rose buds, gardenia, Dahlia storm skies, rusty heart, Lillian vintage style lace, seam binding and flat backed pearl in the centre of the seambinding bow all available from The Ribbon Girl.

I have used the new Marianne Design new craftable die as a doily and added distress ink weathered wood.

 The gorgeous papers are by MayaDesign and are available from Live and Love Crafrts.  I have also used a prima resin clock and corner all available from Live and Love Crafts.

I'll be back later to add further details as I have to go out as half the day has gone, lol.

Pion's Florals and GDT for Fussy and Fancy

Did you miss me on Monday? I missed posting for LLC, but I swapped to Friday so that I could guest for the Fussy and Fancy Challenge blog who just happens to be sponsored by your favourite one stop vintage craft shop, ......... yep Live and Love Crafts.  So if you want to be in with a chance to win some LLC stash the challenge theme is Vintage.

I hope you have enjoyed the girl's showcasing the new Pion Design Flower Frames gorgeous papers this week.  I have used the 6x6 Chrysanthemum sheet and I love lemon with black, so probably a little different from what you usually get from me but I love how this turned out.

The image is also from Kort and Godt Vintage Wedding image sheet and  and the butterflies on the front of the criss cross card are also cut from the same sheet.

Did you notice the paperclip butterflies.  Gorgeous aren't they.  They are by Pink Paislee and have just arrived at LLC, yes you can buy them now. I added some co-ordinating black cardstock to the back, but doesn't it make them stand out.

I have used black tulle down the sides and on the top of the inside panel.  I have also edged the criss cross section with 3mm string pearls.

The Queen of Sheba gold lace goes so well with these papers.  I have also added two styles f vintage pearl pins to the flower arrangement; crown tear drops and capped tear drops.

The flower arrangement consists of cream flower spray and kort and godt chrysanthemums, carnations and large rose bud all sprayed with a copic marker.

And last but certainly not least a little prima trinket from the "Rondelle" set, these are gorgeous and add that lextra special touch to your project.   I have added a Range Pen Nib to the centre of  the butterfly on the bottom right, love these.

For the centre of the inside panel I used Marianne Design Die Anjas Vintage 3 Ornaments die and added a carnation to the centre.  All panels were stitched my machine.
