Make It Colourful Blog Hop

Hi Peeps,

Yayyyy, It's our Boss's birthday today so a special hop.........

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZOE
To commemorate this joyous occasion, we're so excited to bring you a Birthday Blog Hop desguised as a Christmas Blog Hop!!We wanted to celebrate Zoe's Birthday in style so there are lots of inspiration, prizes, freebies and even a gallery album for you to express your own birthday greetings. This is one hop you don't want to miss and it only goes from now until October 12th!

The general theme for this hop is Christmas and what fun would a hop be without some new images? Zoe has released some fabulous new holiday themed images and they are a must on anyone's list - but the best part is you get 15% off all the Christmas digis from now until Sunday, October 2nd. Click on this link HERE to see them all.

Before we get to the hop, there's more details and a surprise in order... Everyone in this blog hop as Blog Candy!! Whoohoo!! You'll have two weeks, until October 12th, to visit each blog then each of the DT members below will announce their winners on Friday, October 14th. Feel free to grab the badge below and display it on your sidebar to spread the word about Zoe's Birthday and Blog Hop!

I'd ask if you're ready for some inspiration yet, but wait... we've got yet another surprise for you!! We contacted one of Zoe's artists,  who also wanted to participate and drew us this gorgeous party girl for the occasion. Thank you.

This is "Party Girl Zoe" and isn't she ca-ute! We wanted to make sure everyone was included in our celebration so we're giving her away as a freebie to everyone who wants to join in and spread some birthday cheer!! All you need to do is create a project using a Make it Crafty image or chippies and upload it into the gallery HERE by October 12th. Then email  Barbara at ForgottenScraps@gmail.com with a link to your project to claim her!

Now are you ready for some Christmas inspiration? Grab a cuppa, sit back and relax, and get ready to enjoy a plethora of inspiration from the design team.

We hope you enjoy the hop and make sure you head on over to Zoe's personal blog and wish her a Happy Birthday! Grab the badge above and display it on your sidebar to spread the word about Zoe's Birthday and Blog Hop!

Now if you arrived from the awesome Elaine then your on the right track, if not you need to start at the beginning HERE.  Here's the full list in case you get lost.

Tracy - you are here

I have chosen to use the Crackered Elf   and they are available today from Make It Crafty and don't forget you'll also get 15% off through to Sunday......

Aren't they just so mischievious...... And here's my overall card...........

Just look at these two mischievious Elfs. I have coloured them with copics and also added a Make It Crafty lasercut chipboard  swirly corner, which I inked up using a distress ink and clear embossing powder.  Just love these embellishments.  The papers are Websters, just love them.  I have also used a stempleglede swirly grunge stamp inked onto acetate and added the sentiment in the centre.  The Poinsetta is Marianne Design Creatables Poinsettia Serrated LR0121 and I have also used the Branch from Marianne D Starry Garland LR0126

Now it wouldn't be a birthday without a birthday card, right.  So here's the card that's on the way to Zoe, but will be a tad late, sorry hun.

I've also used some more lasercut chipboard on this card and inked them up using Vintage Photo distress ink, but I'll list the full ingredients of this card tomorrow in my Crafts and Me post as I don't want to keep you longer than necessary.

Now onto the Candy and be sure to visit all of the DT's blogs and Candy is everywhere.  Be sure to add a link to your blog in Mr Linky, but you do not need a blog to participate, just email me and I will add you in.  Please also leave a comment, just in case Mr Linky isn't reliable.

Candy consists of:-
1 Delux Card Template
Bildamarna Stamp
Marianne Designs Label Bell embossing die
Pack of Pink Ribbon Roses
Pack of Lasercut Chipboard Filagree Centres
Paper doilies

We hope you've enjoyed the hop and make sure you head on over to Zoe's blog and wish her a Happy Birthday!

Next on the hop is the extremely talented DEBBIE but before you go little Ollie had his first grooming session on Sunday.  This is him sitting and looking directly up at me.

I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges:-

Partytime Tuesday - Anything Goes
Critter Sketch - Anything Goes
Oh La La - Punches/Dies
Stamps and Fun - Anything Goes
Christmas Card Challenge - Handmade flowr (poinsetta)
Paper Sundaes - Anything Goes
