Vintage Card Kit 1

Good morning everyone,

Here's my Noor Design UK project today and this card is also our next "Card Kit", which will be available to order next week.  There will be a limited quantity so if you are interested please email before I add it to the store, crafteezee.noordesign@gmail.com to ensure you receive one.


The papers will be back in stock next also but all links are at the bottom of the post.

The shape was made using the Dutch Doobadoo Flower with 4 petals stencil.

I have added Dutch Doobadoo gesso to the edges of the papers and elements.



I have used the swirl and vintage flourish leaf die and also the rolled roses die, they are so realistic, would you have known? :)
The gorgeous butterfly edge and butterfly with 2 pcs was used to create the butterfly border.


I used Tag no. 2 to die cut tags in the matching paper.


The image is centred onto the Filagree Oval die.



The gorgeous lace, berries and kort and godt flowers are all from Live and Love Crafts.

In my Botanical Garden


morning everyone,

Were still sweltering in temperatures here in the UK and each time this happens I contemplate getting air conditioning in the bedroom and this year I wish I had done it last year :(

My card today is a GDT for The Ribbon Girl and the theme this week is stripes and you will see from my card that the Pion Design paper has some stripes in it.

The image I am sure you will recognise is from Magnolia and coloured with Distress Inks.  Our next workshop in Bedfordshire, UK is 9th August, if you are interested in learning to colour and cardmaking my style then please email me, crafteezee@gmail.com.  I am also working on a workshop for the North of England, just waiting for a couple more hotels to come back to me and then I will have all the info.

I will also be coming to Oslo, Norway in September, details to follow.....

The gorgeous papers I am sure you will also recognise are by Pion Design Linneaus Journal Botantical collection available from Live and Love Crafts.

Right, onto my card today.


The purple flowers were actually white and from The Ribbon Girl,  Colour Yourself Floribunda Roses White, and I sprayed them with Prima Bloom Spray Iris.



The leaves are from the strawberry die set, love them :)


The gorgeous lace is called 'Ophelia' Ivory Embroidered Tulle Lace

I used the cherry die for the top corner and cut from the Pion Design papers


The butterflies are also from the Pion Design border sheet in the collection.


A little grass added.......

And of course the butterfly border, which I used the Pion Desingn's matching palette for, love that everything matches and I then cut a second butterfly from the Vintage Flourish butterfly die using the Botanical Writing sheet of paper and added a pion design butterfly to the centre.

MDF Christmas Plaque




It's challenge time at Live and Love Crafts with a theme of "Christmas in July". Well you know how much I love christmas but to be different I used one of the Dutch Doobadoo MDF Essentials Circles to create a christmas ornament.

I used Pion Design's Floral Frames 6 x 6 papers from the Floral Frames collection called Convallaria.  I love the colours in this sheet.  I then used the Dutch Doobadoo Icicles Stencil and Structure paste to create the raised emblossed snowfalkes, just love the structure paste as you know, lol.  I added little pearl snowflakes to a couple of the centres.


The new flat backed string pearls were added all way round the edge.

The sentiment is from the Pion Design Days of Winter 12x12 Images sheet.

The poinsetta was cut using the paper also from the Convallaria sheet and edged with gesso.


I used shabby seam binding to make the bow and finished with shabby white bells and white hemp cord.


Last but not least I added a little bark star and the large pearl was from The Ribbon Girl.

Something Old and Something New at Noor Design UK

Good morning everyone,

I know it's a sweltering 34 degrees forecast for today so I thought we needed a little snow to cool us all down, lol.

The challenge at Noor Design UK this month is Something Old and Something New.  I have used my old faithful snowflake border die and for the new... well, a few things.  The gorgeous new Shabby Christmas Pad is so gorgeous we sold out in a couple of days, but don't worry more is due in so you can place your order still.

The image is also from the latest release and in stock Merry Christmas paper pad, so cute.  My other newbie is the new Christmas Trees which I have covered with stardust stickles.



The shabby stars are from Live and Love Crafts.



I have added pearls to the centres of the snowflakes.

All flowers are from Live and Love Crafts.
