You Are So Beautiful

Hello Everyone,

The theme that the LLC girls are following this week is a Love Song or a Love Song from a Movie and I have chosen "You are So beautiful by Joe Cockerl" and taken the word "Beautiful" from that to come up with today's card of a Beautiful Vintage Lady, da daaaaaa.

I have used all the Beige Sepia Papers from Pion Design's Paris Flea Market which is just perfect for vintage cards.  I have used the beige papers from 6x6 Rose du jardin, Memory Notes and the tag from the Tags sheet.  The image is from Grandma's Attic Elegant Ladies sheet from the same release.

I have used some new lace, Cheyenne, isn't it fabulous and just perfect for these papers and image.

The butterflies are cut from the postcard sheet and edged with walnut stain distress ink.

I have used the border from the sheet and added to the centre of the Banners Die.  I added a lace heart and cut the Damask Vintage Straws at different lengths and tied together, adding a 10cm rose to the centre and finished with a vintage leaf.

I have used a 30mm rose, flower spray in cream, kort and godt berries and a hortesania and finished with vintage leaf and swirl dies.

Just under the floral arrangement you will see a prima resin clock, again another perfect embellishment for vintage cards.  You can also see the tag from the tag sheet poking out on the right hand side.

I added a diamante button to the corner diecut.  The centre of the large round die was cut from the Memory Notes panel.

The pretty love heart border was cut from the 12x12 Rose du jardin paper.  Love making matching diecuts using the papers.

You can see a little of the French Lily border die edged with walnut stain just on the edge, top right and a close up of the beautiful butterfly.

Boho chic

Hello Everyone,

I'm sharing another card made with the gorgeous Pion Design Paris Flea Market Collection. I have used a combination of Blue Lace, Blue Fabric 12 x 12 sheets and the Postcards sheet for the butterfly. You can purchase the collection from Live and Love Crafts.

The image is from the new Dollhouse collection at Little Darlings Rubber Stamps called Boho Chic along with the Vintage Affections Text stamped to the right of the image.

I used a rolled rose die to make the matching roses and positioned in the middle of a Graphic 45 butterfly.  You can also see the new circle flower border die cut in matching paper.

The gorgeous flower arrangemet is made up again of a rolled rose die cut with the fabric paper, floral flourish swirl die, the new vintage flourish leaf and and older flourish leaf.

You can also see to the right that I used the new circle die and added matching paper to the centre.

I have used the gorgeous Sending Love with heart wings die to make the large heart and again added the Blue Fabric paper to the centre.

The beautiful butterfly border and the Butterfly 2pcs were used to make the butterflies and again I used the Blue Fabric sheet of paper to ensure they matched.  You can see the beautiful papers close up too :)

The image was layered onto the Square from the Squareand Chandelier die set, love this set :)

LLC Challenge Hearts

Hi Everyone,

It's challenge time at Live and Love Crafts and this month we'd like to see a heart on your project.  For my heart I have used the prima resin heart tied with prima vax cord to the pink straws at the bottom on the left.

The papers are from Pion Design's latest Paris Flea Collection and I used Rose du jardin, Pink Fabric, Borders, and Postcards.  The image is also from Pion's latest release.  I used Grandma's Attic Friendship sheet.

The shape has been created using the Dutch Doobadoo Romantic Card Art Stencil, isn't it gorgeous.

I have added Maria Therese lace in pink.

I have used the new Noor!Design Star Border and layered around the shape of the card at the top.

I have also used a Noor!Design Floral Flourish and added a 30mm wild rose, 20mm rose and 10mm rose to the centre.

I added a pink damask straw, tied with prima vax cord a 10mm rose and a Prima resin heart.

I used the new Noor Design Banner and added one of the Prima Border Strips to the centre.  The borders fit the banner diecuts perfectly.

The butterfly was cut from the postcard sheet, love the matching butterflies.

The beautiful circle is another Noor Design release and the image was cut using the circle that also comes in the set.
