Meet Simply Sassy's "Windswept"

Morning Peeps,

Hope everyone had a good weekend. Hubby suffered all day Saturday, ahhhhh bless........ not. He should know when to stop, lol. I got to craft in peace though!

I'm really enjoying playing with these soon to be released Simply Sassy Stamps...... and tomorrow we have a blog hop, so don't forget to come back. You'll need to start at the Simply Sassy Inspiration Blog HERE, so if you don't want to mee it hop over and become a follower.

Today I am previewing to you "Windswept", which will be available from Sugar Nellie FunkyKits HERE real soon. Doesn't she have the most gorgeous hair.

I have stitched the back panel using zig zag stitch on my machine.

I have coloured Windswept with the following copics:-

Hair - C9, C7, C5, C3
Skin - E11, E00, E000, R21
Clothes - B28, B26, B24, B21, R85, R83, R81, R00

I have used Tim Holz Aged Mahogony Distress Ink to ink the edges of the paper/cardstock, doily and the beaded ovals in the nestie frame.

The ribbon is seam binding that was white and I have inked it using the aged mahogony distress ink to match the card.

I have entered Windswept into the following challenges:-

Ink It Up - Anything Goes
Copic Creations - Something new (stamp) and copics
A gem of a challenge - Ribbon and Lace
Alphabet Challenge - L for Ladies
Fairytale - Flowers
Mami Doodles - Mostly Blues
