Sneek Peek Sugar Nellie Simply Sassy

Morning Peeps,

Wow what a fabulous weekend we have endured in the South East of England, temperatures in the 20's in April.  Went to Ally Pally on Saturday with my Sister and Niece and had a lovely morning looking at all the new crafting stuff available and then yesterday I went for a lovely walk for a few hours with hubby walking down the canal and stopping at a couple of watering holes, well one has to doesn't one! All in all a lovely weekend.

Today's card for the Simply Sassy inspiration blog is a "Sneek Peak", woo hoo, this is Pigtails and Butterflies    from Release 6.  There may be a couple more previews this week so be sure to check the blog regularly. There are still a couple of teamies waiting on there stamps, so hopefully they will receive them in the next couple of days in time for a hop at the weekend, so watch this space........

I love Easel cards but I just can't seem to photograph them very well, and I really am not doing this card justice whatsoever.

A picture of the card closed. I must of had my camera on the wrong settings as again this isn't a good photo, so I think I will retake when I get in from work.

Here's the little darling close up.

A close up of the flowers.

Your floral sprays are amazing & I love that butterfly. The fence is a lovely idea so she really does look as if she's in a garden. I love the way the shape of the easel echoes her hair parting. The frills on the doily accent the buttefly's wings too. The way the bird from Spread Your Wings is sitting on the fence is a lovely touch & really adds to the whole - the little touches of blue are so effective.
