White Christmas

If you are interested in joining me for the Crafteezee Crafty Crop, please check out all the details HERE.

Good Morning everyone,

Another weekend gone, there certainly isn't enough hours in the day at the moment and I have a feeling that Christmas will sneak up really quickly.

This is my DT card for Live and Love Crafts and Sandy has given us the theme of "a Christmas Song". The first song that always pops into my head is "I'm dreaming of a white christmas".  My Dad was a Bing Crosby fan and he played this record so much that's its programmed in my head, lol.

Anyway, lots of snow and you know what that means for me...... lots and lots of snow tex, yayyyy. Although you all know I don't have to wait until Christmas to use it right?

I have used the November release Dutch Doobadoo Window Stencil, I will have these in Noor Design UK store on Wednesday :)

The image is cut from the Pion Design Days of Winter 12x12 Diecut sheet. For the wood panels I have used MajaDesign 1905, this sheet is always handy to have.  Lots and Lots of snow tex.

I have added some scallop lace Valentine to the bottom and rose organza trim .  Just to the right of this I used a shabby wooden heart and added some Vax cord, love this cord.

I have used a Noor Design tag die to cut one of the tags and the other tag is cut from the diecut sheet and finished off with a Santa charm, bakers twine and vax cord.  These are popped into a brown pocket and tucked behind the image.

The snowflakes were created using the Noor Design Icicle Border die and finished with a dashing of snowtex and a Melissa Frances flatbacked pearl.

The flower arrangement consists of 20mm and  10mm roses, carnation, clusters of white decoration berries, and cones with a dashing of snow tex.

The leaves were cut from a Noor Design Vintage Flourish Leaf die.

I have added sparkly Greto Garbo lace to the edges of the window doors for that extra touch.

This is also doubling up as my Live and Love Crafts DT  challenge card.  The theme is your favourite christmas colour combo and of course I have done my all time favourite blue, cream, brown and white.  You will find all the gorgeous embellishments and papers from Live and Love crafts and all the links below.

The dies are from my newly opened Noor Design UK Shop and again the links to the dies used can be found below.

This little pixie is called Lucinda's Joy and is available from LDRS today.

The leaves are from Dutchdoobadoo and will be in the Noor Design UK Store next week.  I have added Aged Aqua frantage.

The straws are one of the latest crazes to hit the LLC store and again I have added some Aged Aqua frantage and tied with Vax cord and finished with a wooden heart.

I have also stamped one of the enchanted messaged onto the Noor Design tag and finished with Vax cord and the fabulous rusted bells.

The large snowflakes all around the edge was created using the 8 point Noor Die, isn't it gorgeous.  links at the bottom of the post.

Lucinda's joy was coloured with distress inks, love this collection of Pixies.  She has been layered onto another Noor Design UK die, the Square and Chandelier die, again links at the bottom of the post.

The rustic embellishments were perfect for my chosen favourite colour combo, a little dusting of snow tex is always a must for me.

I have also added a rolled rose from the recent Noor Design release.  30mm roses, 20mm roses, pearl stamen, foam flowers and my favourite flower spray all from LLC.  The giant pom pom trim was also added in :)

I also photographed onto brown card so show off the 8 point die available at Noor Design.  Don't forget you can still place your order even if the stock shows as zero and I will get it in for you.  Should this one be out of stock when you place your order I have more due in next week :)

Your nearly finished, please hop over to the gorgeous Stephanie's blog for yet more inspiration from the fabulous collectiion.
