Pink, Lace and Pearls

Good morning,

Monday again and time for my weekly LLC post and this week Sandy has challenged us to use Pink, Lace and Pearls.  What a delicious combination, lol. All links at the bottom of the post.

I have used papers from Pion Design Paris Flea Market, gosh they are gorgeous.  The image is by Ching Chuo, isn't she beautiful. She layered onto the Oval Diecut cut in pink and distressed with gesso.

I have used a bark heart and added white gesso and decorated with 30mm two tone rose, 10mm rose and white berries and added two diecut leaves from the new release vintage flourish leaf.

I have added a heart clip,  attached to a diecut tag no. 2 with prima vax cord.  The tag was also cut  from the gorgeous matching papers .

The butterfly just to the right of the image was cut out from the Paris Flea Market Postcard sheet.

You can also see I have added a pear to the centre of the diecut heart. The text is from the Sending Love stamp set and matches the heart die.  The butterflies was my first love of Noor Designs dies.

I have also used a Floral Flourish.  This embosses beautifully.  I added a 10mm pink rose to the centre.

You can also see another new favourtie of mine, the beautiful pink lace.

I used the banner die to cut the banner and then folded in half and as the papers are double sided you can see the patterns from the front and back poking out.

Hello everyone,

It's challenge time at Noor!DesignUK.  We thought we would cheer you all up after all the snow, rain and cold winds and have a theme of "Spring".  The DT have done a fabulous job so when your done here, hop on over and check out all the gorgeous cards.  We also have two prizes, £20 to spend in the Noor!DesignUK Shop and £10 from The Ribbon Girl.

If you would like to guest for us for one month then please leave GDT after your name when entering :)

So here's my card using a Whimsy Stamp, she is called Dyanne by Wee Stamps and coloured with distress inks. Don't forget if you live in the UK I have a class on 1st March where you will learn to colour with distress inks and in the afternoon make a shaped card.  Contact me if you are interested crafteezee@gmail.com

I have used the Rectangle Dutch Doobadoo Stencil and the new Spring Paper Pad

I have also used the new arrival Vintage Flourish Leafs 0046 and 0047 and cut them out using the spring papers.

I also made a rose using the rolled roses die and the paper, love making matching flowers and it looks so realistic.

The text is from the new English Banner Text Stamp Set and paired with the Banner Die.

I laid the image onto an Oval Frame die cut.

Well my favourite butterflies had to make an appearance didn't they.  I have used the border and the butterfly (2pcs) and again cut out some using the matching papers and then added some oval pearl string ( from Ther Ribbon Girl) to the centres.  You can also see the Vintage flourish leaf popping out.

I have used Tag 2, another favourtie of mine and tied a watering can charm with prima vax cord and seam binding, both available from Live and Love Crafts.

Hop on over to the Challenge blog to check out all the fabulous creations by the DT
