Frantastic

Morning Everyone,

Hope you were all inspired by my teamie's pearl creations last week, I know I was. Simply stunning Girls.

This week starts a new theme of "Girl Power".  Now to me this means a feminine image, so if I've got this wrong, I could be getting the sack, lol. I have used an image by artist Zindy Nielson and I have stamped and coloured onto Stamping Linen, just love the subdued look you get with the linen. You will also notice that I have used frantage embossing powders on the edges of the base panel.  I used two types, Shabby Blue and Aged Aqua, gorgeous.  I know the Shabby White is due into the store tomorrow so keep checking, you won't be disappointed.  I also frantaged the angel charm attached to the tag, ssshhhh though, don't tell Sandy.

A close up of the floral arrangement

Here's a close up of the image and you can really see the linen here.  The little birds to the bottom of the picture were cut of the PionDesign Alma's Images 12x12 and the edges distressed with walnut distress ink.  All links to the products are at the bottom of the post.

A close up of the KortandGodt Rolled Roses and the new white flower sprays.  You can also see the fabulous frantage too.

Here's another close up of the Frantage Embossing powders.  I have also frantaged the metal corner, looks fabulous in real life.

Don't forget to pop back tomorrow as I am sure my teamie Tina will have something stunning again for you.

Hugs Tracy x

Follow Me

Hi Peeps,

I'm late with my crafts and me post but mainly because it was grim last night when I remembered I hadn't taken my photo so I wanted to wait until I got in from work to retake the photo and then when I was in work I realised I was going to the gymn straight from work and again it would have been too dark when I got home, so I had to rope OH in. I really think a craft lamp would need to be added to my wish list for  Christmas.

The theme today over at Crafts and Me is "Blue".  I have chosen this "Follow Me" by Sweetpea stamps available at Crafts and Me.

Ingredients:-

Image Follow Me by Sweetpea Stamps available from Crafts and Me
Paper by Magnolia
Sentiment by Magnolia

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:-

I can't believe it's time again for the Rubber Team at Crafts and Me to do their stuff. This week Trish has chosen the theme of "Add a charm". Now mine seemed to have sprouted legs as I could only find christmas ones, so a good excuse to get another one done.

Batwings and Boots

Hiya Peeps,

If this has posted then I'm still in Turkey, enjoying the sun and most importantly a very well earned break, but wanted to let you know that  today's challenge at Make It Colourful is "PINK".  I have paired up the Metallic Flowers from Make It Crafty with one of the new Crafts and Me Designers.  The image is called "Batwings and Boots".

My card is on the clean and simple side, mainly because it is going into the Book that will be on show at the Crafts and Me Stand at Stamperama on Sunday 14th August.  If you'll be there pop along and say hi.

The cogs are Lasecut chipboard pieces from Make It Crafty and I have covered two in black acrylic paint and one using silver embossing powder.  I really love my chippies.

Hope your all having a fab week and I will be back next week, so will look forward to reading all your comments.

Queen of Halloween

Morning Peeps,

Well I did it.  I am fully fledged gymn member again and I hope to go straight from work tonight and get an hour in.  I think the first time will be a bit intimidating, but I have to get over that and get on with it and I know it won't be long before I love it, you know all those dolphines floating around, lol, you know I mean endorphines.

Anyways Peeps, it's time for the Rockin Rubbah team to demonstrate our skills at Crafts and Me and this week's theme is "Your favourite Stamp".  Well with so many new ones hitting the crafts and me store it's quite hard to choose, but I decided on inking up Jasmine Beckett's new Queen of Halloween available HERE.

What do you think?

Ingredients:-

Image Queen of Halloween by Crafts and Me HERE
Papers by Pion

Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday Dear Me, Happy Birthday to me,

Lol, yes if you haven't guessed already today is my birthday and hopefully it will be a good one.  I've scheduled this post so I haven't opened those lovely handmade cards yet but when I do I'll be round to thank you personally.

Right, onto today's card which is my DT card for Bearly Mine using "Natalie" a fabulously gorgeous digi available from our sponsor today, and one of other Design Teams, Crafts and Me

I have used Bearly Mine's Vintage papers, one of my favourite papers, link below.

Isn't she gorgeous. Coloured with copics and I added pearls to her flowers and dropped pearl earrings.

I stampted the sentiment onto the Muslin cloth and really liked the results.

I have used the Magnolia Die for the flower leaves.

Each panel was stitched using my machine
Gesso, everywhere, lol
Flowers from wild orchid crafts
