Frame It

Good Morning Everyone,

I like this Monday as I have the day off work....... yayyyy.  Here's my DT card for Live and Love Crafts and this was a custom ordered card for my regular chap for his Grandaughter's first birthday. The image is by Mo Manning.

Sandy has set us LLC Girls with the theme of "Frame It". I have used two types of frame.  I created a frame around the image using the Pion Design paper Alma's Dress, love this release, and secondly I added a Prima Resin Frame for the "1st" text.

I have used papers from Pion Designs My Precious Daughters release called Alm'as Dress and Angels, both sheets 12 x 12.

The flower is from LLC's latest  Prima Flowers release called Manhattan.

I have used two gorgeous laces at the bottom of the card crotcheted pearl and the Rhinestone lace in pink.

I have also attached one of the new  Maya Road Love Pennant clips using some natural hemp cord.

I have used the Noor Design by Joycraft border die around the outside of the card and stay tuned I have some real exciting news about this coming real soon.......

Have you seen the new prima resin butterflies, aren't they gorgeous.  You can also see a close up of  the glittered white tulle in this picture too.

The tag was cut from another Noor Design by joycraft die and I have attached a I love you charm, so cute again with natural hemp cord.

Let it snow.....

Hi Everyone,

Firstly I'm sorry I haven't been about much this past week, with last minute shopping and then taking my son to University this week I have been a busy Mum and a sad one too :{  I'm sure he's having a great time and forgotten us already, but it will take me a while to get used to it.  I do have a couple more cards to put on so I will be playing catch up this week.  A huge thank you to my regular visitors, I really do appreciate you :)

So it's Monday and time for my LLC DT card.  This week Sandy has tasked us with the theme of "Autumn" and I know your peeking at my card and thinking this is not Autumn and your right, it isn't, lol.  So what is my interpretation of Autumn..... well I have taken the colours...... shades of reds, green, a little orange and some rustic brown.  Speaking of rustic brown have you seen all the new products in store at LLC...... rustic stars and bells to name a couple and look no further than my card...

*** I have now added this card to my Etsy Store but if you go to this link   http://etsy.me/1ymSuCR  Etsy will give you £5 towards your first purchase ***

I love this image by Lili of the Valley and I have coloured these two girls with distress inks and don't forget if you would like to learn please check out my colouring class and Kit and Clowder.

I used the Maya Design It's Christmas Time 6 x 6 paper pad and the took the "Let it snow" text from the bottom strip of the Maya Design Vintage Frost Basics Chritmas Die Cut sheet.

I added some of the new Maya Road Burlap trim and added the button trim to the centre.

Love the new Star pins and you can see one poking out from the little flower arrangement and a little wooden heart thread with the new prima Vax cord.  I also used the Vax Cord along with the Bakers Twine on the bells.

I used the new Marianne Design Anja's Circle Die Set LR0327 as a doily and added the new prima paper flower along with some kort and godt berries and  20mm roses.

I added some shabby white frantage to the rusty bells and rustic Stars.  The bells were tied with Vax Cord along with the Bakers Twine.

The tag was cut from a Noor Design die.

I have also added stickles and gesso.

Can you see the new Jumbo Pom Pom.... I thought they looked light snow balls on the sides.

Through The Looking Glass

Hello Everyone,

My DT card today is for LLC and Sandy has chosen the theme "inspired by a movie".  With the latest Marianne Design Dies on my desk it wasn't hard as the first movie I thought of was "Through the Looking Glass".  So here is my interpretation using Maya Design's latest release; Coffee in the Harbour - Rose Garden.

Also another newbie on my desk was the Marianne Design's latest embossing folders, but not just an emobossing folder, it comes with a die to match the folder.  Soooo cool and I am so impressed with them.  I have used the honeycomb or chicken wire as some of you might call it.  It's embossed and then I cut out a few segments ro create the rugid look and die cut the marching paper and scattered the pieces.  Love the look.

I have used two layers of lace, Lace Josephine and Lace Reinette.  Two of my favourites.

I have added vintage pins to the floral arrangement which is made up of 30mm wild rose, 20mm, 15mm and WOC open roses, carnation, foam flowers and pink pearlised stamen and then I added the large vintage mirror, love love love this mirror.

I have also added a Prima Resin clock and of course my favourite Pion Design Studio of Memories cut out sheet of butterflies.

The image is by Marianne Design and fits perfectly in the new Marianne Design Mirror.  It comes with a little matching mirror but on this occasion I used the vintage mirror trinket.

I have added the smaller of the two newly release Marianne Design bows, again in matching paper.  The die cut pattern was a little lost in the patterned paper, but I think you get the gist.  I added to the centre a antique jeweled pendant.  Beautiful.

I hope you like my card today and I will be back later in the week with a Christmas card, yep it's that time when I need to get cracking, plus I luvvvv the christmas images.
