Can't believe today is the 1st of February, where does time go. For all those who have asked Tim is doing really well , his creatinine level is the lowest it's been in 5 years and the new kidney is certainly doing it's job. He has to go a couple of times a week to Addenbrooks for tests, which will continue for months to come, so let's hope they build a positive picture of the future. Heather (donor) is also doing well and met up with my niece yesterday in Newcastle, boy will she regret that, lol. Jemma can certainly talk and lives for food :)
Today is challenge day at
Noor Design UK and this month it's all about ..... LOVE.
For my card I have used a Magnolia image called "Miracle Love Tilda" which is available from
Noor Design UK, yayyyy.
It was a bit of a rush job for me, sigh. I had good intentions yesterday of having a crafty day but I had forgotton how time consuming puppies can be.
I used the new clear stamp Doodles around the edges of the image, I really love these. They are due back into stock today but you can still order whilst the stock says zero :)
The papers are from the "With Love" Paper Pad, these are seriously gorgeous. Edged with a little gesso.
I added a Tim Holtz Hinge Clip to the top left.
Below you can see a close up of the doodle stamp in action, soooo cool. I added white pearls in clusters using the Dutch Doobadoo Pearl Pen in white.
The flourishes on the small flower arrangement are from the Oval Die Set (4 pcs), links at the bottom.
I used the NEW "No borders". This comes in a set of 3 and I have used them all on this card. The XOXO die is from the Carpe Diem Die set.
