Just a note & 30% OFF

Hi everyone,

A quick post for me as I'm cooking dinner.  I have made something a little different for me.  My brother in law undergoes a kidney transplant on Wednesday 20th January and originally I was the donor but on the last test my GFR was too low.  For the amount of years I have left to live they couldn't take the risk of leaving me with one kidney.  Anyway, a colleague of Tim's volunteered and will donate her kidney to him on Wednesday, isn't that just amazing.  This is a little card I have made for Heather. I wasn't sure of her style so tried to keep it relatively simple, well for me anyway.

The shape was created using the new Dutch Doobadoo Shaped stencil and the new release is now in stock and shipping....


The papers are from the With Love paper pad, gorgeous.


The die is currently in stock but we have 30% OFF over 200 dies at the moment so if you want it you'll need to be fast.


Lots of vintage flourish leaves, all listed below.

I used the milled lavender distress ink whilst the die was still in place to create the coloured background and then stamped the text from the Little Darlings  Rubber Stamps Thank you stamp set.


The butterfly is from the new garden set and I added pearls to the centre using the dutch doobadoo pearl pen in white.

Pion Design's New Easter Collection

Hello Everyone,

Valentine Bottle Bag

Good Morning,

I'm sharing my bottle bag from Live and Love Crafts decorated in papers from Pion Design's "To My Valentine" collection. This was really hard to photograph as it ended up taller than my photo tent.  It has got a bottle of wine in it but the bag itself is large enough for a present so doesn't have to used just for bottle presents.



Starting at the bottom I used a mix of 12x12 papers and used the Borders sheet to add a little border and also to cut out the text.  Along the bottom right and also at the top right I have added a heart border in black.  
The gorgeous lace is called Princess Grace, one of my favourites.

I added a seam binding bow and finished with a heart.

I used the vitntage flourish heart swirl die and a vintage flourish leaf and added to the little flower arrangement.



I added a joycraft cream rose, red gardenia and the black flower was made using the Marion Smith Colour lab kit and a color lab inkable flower.  I used the large leaf die for the leaves and the vintage swirl again for the heart flourishes.  I tucked a bark heart behind the arrangement.


The image is from Pion Design's Grandma's Attic Springtime sheet, mounted onto an oval swirl frame.


The gorgeous paper showing through here at the top and I added the 14 using the new Dutch Doobadoo Numbers 2 stencil.


I added a chalk black envelope and added the tag, a little floral display and seam binding.

Strawberry Fields

Hi Everyone,

I'm sharing my DT card for Little Darlings Rubber Stamps today.  I have used an image coming into Stores in February.  This image is called "Strawberry Fields" by Candibean and Angie will be showingcasing all the new images at CHA on 9th January.  Isn't it sooo cute. To view all the forthcoming new release images check out the LDRS Facebook Page.  The images will also be available from Noor Design UK and pre-order will be up soon, how exciting.


I have used papers from Pion Design's "To My Valentine" Collection and added a little lilac to the mix.  I love how it turned out.


I added a strawberry die cut to the left hand side and used the white dutch doobadoo pearl pen to add some white dots to the strawberry. I have also used the Heart diecut and stamped the world Love from the Sending Love sentiment set.


I added a heart swirl diecut and strawberry leaves to the flower arrangement.  I used the Color Lab kit to change the colour of a white flower to the lilac to match the coloured image.


In the little black envelope is a message, cut from the 


I diecut the large leaf die and split it to add in different directions to the small flower arrangement on the top left.

The butterflies are cut from the borders sheet, always a firm favourite of mine :)
