For You

Good morning everyone,

Typical as we arrive at a Saturday and a BBQ to attend it has decided to rain.  I am sharing with you a card made with the beautiful vintage papers from Pion Design's Patchwork of Love collection, aren't they just beautiful and no sign of rain on this card, lol.

The image was cut from the When I Was Little 6x6 sheet and added to an LDRS Gilded Oval Diecut.

I added an Antique Oval Frame.  The text is from the Border Sheet, links at the bottom of the page.  I added a flower from the Tropical Blossom set and a butterfly from the borer sheet with a touch of gesso. You can also see the new Buzzy Bee embellishment, how cute is this little chappie :)

I added some of the new gorgeous Scrapiniec Fastasma Borders, eeek aren't they just scrumptious.

The flowers were made from Foamiran using Ivory and coloured using Oil Pastels and using the Rosy Owl Heart Flowers and Peony Dies.  I added a few berries and pomegranates and finished with an ivory seam binding bow and wax cord.  I added vintage matt stamens in Olive.

The Lace is also just in and is called Lace Rebecca.  I added a little scrapiniec Doily Lace Border to the journaling panel and slotted into the top.
