Vintage Butterfly Card

Hello Everyone,

Here's my Pion Design DT card  I have used the Pion Design Scent of Lavender collection now available at Noor Design UK, yayyy.  As usual all links at the bottom of the post.

I used the     sheet and used the plainer area of the sheet for the front panels so that the patterned paper used on the butterflies would stand out.

The papers were backed with Pion Design Palette IV, also available at Noor Design UK.

I added some new embellishments to the butterfly which can also be found in the Noor Design UK store and once again linked at the bottom.

I used the NEW glass strawberries in the NEW purple colour, added pomegranate apples in green and white, Asters in lilac and poppies in white.

On each panel on the front I used elements from the SCRAPINIEC Ribbon Bow set.  The collection is continuing to grow with over 100 part numbers and more due in on Monday :)

  I kept the inside quite simple again to show off the beautiful papers and vintage image, also by Pion Design.

The frame used on the vintage image is from the newest influx to Noor Design UK and is called Fioretta Frame.

You are my sunshine

Hello everyone,

I'm a little late today with my post.  I think my laptop maybe on its way out :(

I have coloured up Little Darlings Saturated Canary image called Parade Rubber Stamp using distress markers, such a cute stamp.. The sentiment is from the Little Darlings "You" Sentiment set.

The papers are from the Craft and You Lavender 6x6 paper pad.

I added a little lace to the bottom of the image, this is called Lace Claire.  It's elasticated and pleats naturally.

There are some new Wild Orchid Craft arrivals at Noor Design UK.  I have used the English Roses in Purple/Lilac's, loving these.  I added carnations, meadow spray in lavender, glass strawberries in white, large poppy style flowers, pomegranate apples in purple and green.  I then added some pearl cascade in lilace over the arrangement, also available at Noor Design UK.

 Hello,

Well I've had a week long of celebrations for my special birthday last week and as I write up this post I'm feeling exhausted.  Thank you to everyone for all the messages, gifts and cards, you really made my birthday special.

Back to reality and a card.  It's challenge time at Noor Design UK and this month we have "Here come's Summer".  I wish it would hurry up, it has been non stop rain and its freezing cold, brrrrrr.

I have used papers from the new Lemoncraft Spring Garden.  The image is from the Little Darlings All Dressed Up Girls Night Out set.  This is a great set, you can use all 3 girls together or just a combination of any two or just singually.

There are some new flowers in store at Noor  Design UK, these are large poppy style.

And small poppies

I used a combination of both poppies on my card.

The #Hello is one of the new Scrapiniec Chipboard pieces that have arrived at Noor Design UK.  

I also used the mesh to the left of the flowers and the doily lace borders at each end of the flower arrangement.  I used pearl cascade on top of the flowers

I used the new tag 3 from Noor Design and cut out in matching paper an added a single white poppy.

The lace is one of the new laces from Noor Design UK, and there are many.  This one is called Lace Veronique, which is topped off with double row pearl trim.

I also used one of the new Tim Holtz Sizzix Thinlets dies, these are gorgeous, look at the lace doily.  I added a magnolia butterfly to it along with 6mm string pearl to the centre.

The image was cut out using the pierced ovals and layered onto the Gilded Doily cut in matching papers but before adhering to the Gilded Doily diecut I added petite pink ruffle trim, this is so sweet. 

I used the Dutch Doobadoo pearl pen to add the clusters
